The jacket uses the renowned PrimaLoft® Black Eco insulation as an insulating layer for an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio. The insulation is made entirely of recycled polyester.

Moisture protection is provided by taped seams in critical areas and protection of the material with a water-resistant DWR coating , made without the use of environmentally harmful fluorocarbon compounds. As a result, combined with the insulating material, the jacket helps maintain optimal comfort, thermal properties, and freshness.

The jacket has two hand pockets, one on the sleeve for a ski pass and an innovative Life Pocket™, which extends the life of the devices stored in it by insulating the battery from low temperature. Main zip closure and all pockets are fastened with reliable YKK® zippers. An additional internal mesh pocket for extra gloves, warmers or a hat.
